Dear Ryan Sheckler, Hi my name is Kyra Lippiatt and I have been trying to contact you for a while now. I just wanted to let you know that you inspire a lot of people including myself. I am a 17 year old, Canadian girl who loves sports. I do many sports and water sports. You have inspired me to keep going and pushing for my hopes and dreams. I personally do not want to excell in any sports I do them for fun and to keep me healthy. My friend and I are planning on going to San Clemente or one of your skateboard tournaments so we can meet you. I know there are plenty of Canadians hoping that you will one day come and performe your hype tricks. As of now it does not look like it. That is why my friend and I are wanting to go see you. You might not realize this now but there are people like me who are just the normal girl who does not look for guys for their fame and fortune. I would like to know you off the cameras of your show and see who the real party animal, bad boy Ryan Sheckler really is. You seem like a rad guy that anyone would die for. It is hard to believe that you have not found someone who you believe is right for you. Reason I wanted to do this letter contest thing is to just let you know from watching the first episode of your reality television show, it just proved to me of how much of a family man you are. My parents are not divorced I can't say that I know how you feel but I bet it is tough. Even though your parents are seperated you are still very close to both of them. That is what motivated me to get closer to my dad and my brother. I am very close to my mom and sister but I am very seperated from the boys of my family and I don't know why. I do pray for the best of you, your family and friends. I hope you suceed, kick major butt and let your dreams strive for success. Let everything in your life go smoothly and I hope to meet you one day. That is one of my dreams, but i doubt that it will ever happen. God bless you and everybody who is around you. Hey Ryan! I remember when I first heard of you a few years ago, but I wasn't that into skating. 2 years ago I remember people talking about you and got interested. Sure enough I watched the Dew Tour and you did amazing! It really inspired me and got me into skating. I saw you in Baltimore in June, but never got to meet you because of the ridiculous lines of 10 year old squealing girls haha. Hopefully I will get to meet you for more than a minute of autograph signing!! Keep on doing your best in skating and don't let the haters bother you one bit. You are far more liked than hated on. Hey Ryan!! So when I first saw you skate, I really wanted to learn how because you made it look soooo good! =] lol Now I got my own skateboard which is pink and so cute but it has your name on the back almost like its one of you boards even though its not! But now I've been practicing and if I do say so myself...I've gotten prettty good. I can now ollie and grind down a small rail and a feww other things. Now its not that amazing butt for me it is since I just started skating like 2 years ago and I was pretty scared at first. Im not like a skater chick who wears like volcum and all that but I follow the Dew Tour and watch you rock the house every time its on. By the way, sorry about your elbow especially since you just had been kinda healed. The reason I'm telling you all this stuff is because you are the one who inspired me to do it. If it wasnt for you I would have just stuck to my usual sports in school like basketball and softball. I still do those too but now I can add skateboarding to my sporting resume lol. I think you and P-Rod should totally make a demo tape together just to see how many sickk tricks you can do and try to like invent one and then name it like the Shod or Sheckler mixed with Rodriguez). It would awesome and you guys are both so good it would be realllly cool. Anyways I also wanted to tell you real quick that a lot more girls and guys at my highschool are wayy more into skating because of you and I think you should skate until you absolutely can't anymore because you are soo incredibly good! Hey,my name is shania. you're amazing being able to do all the tricks that you do and not fall or anything seems impossible for someone like me.You inspired me to try out skateboarding and I keep falling but, like you said never give up and keeping trying and adventually I will get the trick down.   I tried doing this trick but it didn't work out to good for me but on your tv show "Life of Ryan" I see you do the trick and it turns out perfect which i think is pretty cool. I have tons of posters on my wall of you and your autograph that i got awhile ago my grandma got it for me for my birthday because she knew that I really wanted it. I think your a really outgoing,smart,cute,funny,and the bestskaterboarder that I know. Also,its really cool that you get to travel to all sorts of places if I could do that I would travel to Dundee, Scotland or Surrey,England. Sorry about you not making it ino the action sports dew final jam, I knew for sure that you were gonna win. Oh, and my bestest friend says Hi and whats up? and she wanted me to tell you she thinks your cool and that she watches your show all the time because she bought the dvd and she says love ya!! peace out.
