Use your MyStar Points to bid on this item. In order to outbid another member, you must bid at least 8% more than them, which is displayed by default in the box next to the "Place Bid" button. If you wish to bid more than the minimum, enter an alternate amount instead.
If another member outbids you, only 80% of the points that you bid will be returned to you. This fosters a healthier competition among members and helps to curb abuse from those few members who hold the majority of points.
Also, bids placed in the final minutes of an auction will extend the auction so that members cannot bid only at the end in an attempt to outbid others unfairly. Good luck and have fun! :-)
