Our auctions are completely free to our members. You bid in auctions using MyStar Points, which you earn by participating on our suite of entertainment properties. To learn how to earn points, visit the MyStar Points tab above.
Prizes open and close at various times. To win a free prize, simply be the highest bidder at the time the auction closes. You must bid at least 8% higher than the last bidder; if you are outbid, you will receive only 80% of your points back.
Please be advised that we no longer mail prizes internationally. You must live in the United States (or be able to have prizes sent to someone you know in the United States) in order to participate in our auctions.
We have experienced too many issues with shipping overseas; prizes taking months to arrive at their destination, prizes being declined after shipment due to VAT taxes outside of our control, poorly formatted addresses, etc.
This was not an easy decision for us, and we apologize to the members that will no longer be able to participate as a result. We hope to find an alternative use for your MyStar Points in the future, so stay tuned for future updates.
