When news hit that Nick Jonas was going solo, he quickly took to his MySpace page to update his fans that his hiatus from the Jonas Brothers was in no way permanent. The star blogged, "We’ve said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project, because you can’t break up brothers." Thankfully the Jonas Brothers are staying together but today we have news for all you Nick Jonas fans that will have you screaming OMJ all day long.
February, 2010, Nick Jonas and the Administration will debut their new album, "Who Am I," which is currently available for pre-order on Amazon. If February seems like a lifetime to have to wait, don't worry, because it was just announced that Nick and his band will debut themselves on the Grammy Nomination Special airing December 2nd. Along with the Black Eyed Peas and Maxwell, Nick Jonas and the Administration will take the stage and rock out as host LL Cool J announces this year's Grammy nominations. CBS will be airing the Grammy Nomination on December 2nd at 8pm.
The new album "Who Am I" is very hush-hush and until December 2nd the only information we can offer fans is that the album was recorded in Nashville. Nick has been very coy and only offered information to his fans on MySpace about the sound of the new alum. The star blogged, "If I was to describe the sound to someone… I would say it's 'heart & soul,' because the music that I make is from my heart, and the lyrics I write are from my soul," read the message signed by Nick on MySpace. Make sure to check out Nick and the Administration this December 2nd on CBS. As an added bonus, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas will be on stage to announce Nick Jonas and the Administration.
