Today, we watch as Edward Cullen and Buffy the Vampire Slayer duke it out, Robert Pattinson on the set of Remember Me, where he filmed scenes in Central Park where the Alice in Wonderland statue can be found, Mikey gives us another interview, Eclipse gets the green light, the Twilight producers talk about possible spin-offs from Stephenie Meyer's series. We interject our own personal opinion on the whole "aunt issue." And then we lighten the mood with a bikini dance! Enjoy! :-)
We know this might upset some, but we had to post it! This video features what would happen if Edward Cullen were to run into Buffy the Vampire Slayer! Naturally. nothing good. Created using actual footage from both the television series and the movie, Jonathan McIntosh created this compelling piece of work.
Robert's looking fabulous today, as always, on the set of Remember Me in New York City. He just personifies such dedication to his work, doesn't he? It's an interesting mix, because he is also so open-minded and easy-going when it comes to the public.
Hollywood has been searching for someone like Pattinson for a while now. He's definitely "the golden boy!" More bruises and scrapes were reported today for dear Edward - I mean Robert!

Has this been widely reported yet? :-) Stephenie Meyer's third book, Eclipse, has the green light for filming starting August 17 and closing up on Halloween, one month before New Moon hits theaters. That's right; all of your favorite Twilight stars will be back in Vancouver where the media frenzy is sure to continue! Directed by David Slade with the screenplay by Melissa Rosenberg, the third movie in the series is expected to hit theaters in June of 2010.
The Twilight Producers (Wyck Godfrey, Greg Mooradian, Guy Oseary) were recently quoted as saying, "Stay tuned. I think if our movies do as well as the first did, all possibilities are out there. But right now we need to finish what we have and finish Stephenie’s vision as best we can and then let’s see where the audience demands us to go from there." Sounds like the producers are thinking beyond Stephenie's books...
From bloggers to high-profile entertainment destinations, every one jumped on the bandwagon with this one. We're just going to call it, "The Aunt Story." Robert's mother's sister has been reported as saying she would like her nephew to "wait until he's 40" to get married and to "settle down with someone he's known since childhood." This is what she said, but the media would have you believe that Pattinson was pleaded with not to date Emilie de Ravin or Kristen Stewart or anyone else. Honestly, this story is just a little too personal and I'm surprised his aunt didn't think about the media craze her words would create.
Peter Facinelli got his revenge on friend Rob DeFranco yesterday. Dancing down Hollywood Boulevard wearing a string bakini and singing Beyonce's Single Ladies, DeFranco was captured on video for the world to enjoy. Check out the full article and video over at MTV.
