There is a New Moon feeding frenzy today and we are ready to throw you in the middle of it. Have you heard that Robert Pattinson is said to be recording an independent CD, Billy Burke is all about Dakota Fanning, and Chris Weitz wants his brother Paul Weitz to direct Eclipse instead of the rumored Drew Barrymore? We have searched for news on Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone, Kellan Lutz and the rest of the Twilight cast and we have found out some great things to share with you!
I am not sure how this works but I have to admit something to everyone - I am fully addicted to Twilight. I find myself trolling the Internet looking for Twilight dirt and it has gotten to the point where I have even signed up for Twilight Google alerts. There is no hope left for me, I read about Twilight all day, I go home and watch Twilight news on Extra and finally end up dreaming about Bella and Edward.
Since I am beyond help, I have decided to fully give in to my addiction and that is what I did! Each day from here on out, I will be bringing you all the Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn news that you ever wanted to know. I will scourer the Internet looking for the juiciest rumors, the latest whereabouts of our Twilight stars, and keep you posted on any and all movie news.
It seems like the Twilight actors even want Dakota Fanning to appear in New Moon. Bella's father, Charlie Swan a.k.a Billy Burke spoke to ET about his feeling about Dakota. "I would love to have Dakota Fanning in the movie. She's one of the most talented young actors that's come around in ages." Again, we are unsure if Dakota has been officially cast yet. With all these rumors running, I won't believe anything until I start to see some teaser trailers!
The Twilight Saga has so much hype that each day the rumor mill works on overdrive to create ruminations to keep us engaged. So last week we mentioned that the goddess of Hollywood Drew Barrymore might be heading to Fork to direct Eclipse. However it is currently being reported that Chris Weitz has enlisted his brother, Paul Weitz, to direct the project. Peter has the credentials for the job and has proven to be a staple in Hollywood for many years.
The Insider is reporting that Robert Pattinson will release an independent CD. RPattz disclosed the following statement today, "I'd like to do something independent. I don't care if people buy it or not. I'd just like to have it just for myself so I can work with good musicians and stuff." It is safe to say that if Pattinson put out a CD it would instantly raise the Billboard 100, right?
