So, are you a Justin Bieber fan? Jonas Brothers? Lady Gaga, perhaps? Then we think you'll love the Crowley Brothers. A trio of brothers hailing from New York, they have covered songs from Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Chris Brown, OneRepublic, Lady Antebellum, Iyaz, Rob Thomas, Keri Hilson, Kris Allen, Jay Sean, 3Oh!3, T.I., Plain White T's...and the list goes on. We agree, that's an amazingly diverse list of bands and singers!
Ever since we first heard them back in November, we've been working on conducting an interview with them! And the day has finally come. If you haven't yet, make sure to read Part I of Our Interview, where you can learn all about these three amazing brothers; we included tons of eye candy for you and some background information on them that you simply won't want to miss!
Now, before we get started, we should say that this was our first ever video interview. And there's an unfortunate lag in the videos that could not be avoided. The interview was conducted over Skype which made us dependent on the Internet connectivity between our two respective locations. The quality improves after the first or second video.
We still think the interview was really remarkable and we think you'll agree, technical issues aside, getting a chance to watch and listen to the Crowley Brothers was well worth it! Jeffrey is on the left, Travis is in the middle, and Brian is on the right.
So, without further ado, check out our collection of video questions and answers with the Crowley Brothers themselves.
There are a total of nine videos to our interview with the Crowley Brothers. In the first video, they introduce themselves. In the second, they tell us about how their parents met. In the third, we learn more about the covers they choose to sing. In the fourth, they talk about how they feel being compared to the Jonas Brothers, and about their very interesting weekend job! In the fifth, they talk about writing their own music. In the sixth, we get the dish behind Travis' meeting with Selena Gomez! In the seventh, they talk about their relationships to each other as brothers. In the eighth, they send out a special message to the fans. And in the final video, we wrap things up with them. We asked the Crowley Brothers to pick a song off of the Twilight (2008) or The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009) soundtracks to cover for us. We wanted to show their range, versatility, and creativity. They choose Muse's "I Belong to You" and dedicated it to their mom, who is a huge fan, just like Stephenie Meyer!
