Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Has anyone wondered if the Jonas Brothers are Irish? Everyone's Irish today, of course, but the JoBros are authentic fine Irish lads, for real. Actually they are a mixture of Italian, German, Irish, and Cherokee Indian. In today's update, we invite all of you Irish and non-Irish fans to check out an oldie but goodie video clip of Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Kevin Jonas talking about their Irish heritage during an interview while in Ireland last May. We've also got some updates for you on a church benefit concert coming up in April, and a recent Jonas tweet about the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (TV).

So here you have it! As we said, it's an oldie (not that old) but a goodie. The fellas sat down with Paul Byrne for Movies.ie while in Ireland last year to talk about their fans, their purity rings, Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience (2009), and their Irish lineage. The charming threesome show their true green colors by expressing how appreciative they really are towards their loyal fans!

JB Gear Up For Some Stiff Competition at KCAs!

Wow, this going to be a stellar year at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (TV), and they're only ten days away! This is the third consecutive year in a row that Jonas Brothers is nominated for Favorite Music Group at the KCAs, and they share this category with some super impressive nominees like the Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, and Linkin Park. Plus, Joe and Nick are nominated in the same category, Favorite TV Actor, for JONAS (TV)! Two brothers from the same show going for the same award? How often does that happen?!

Twice apparently. In the same category, on the same night, twins Cole and Dylan Sprouse from The Suite Life on Deck (TV) are competing for the same award! Can we handle all this drama? Can they? We're sure it's all in good fun, but in the end, only one will win. Who will it be?

And will JB take the cake (or that orange thingy) again this year, and pull off a third victory in the Favorite Music Group category?

Yes, they will indeed, if they have anything to say about it. Fans are feverishly voting, and the boys themselves are engaged in a Twitter campaign to rock the vote! Just last week, Nick tweeted "Everybody please vote for me and my brothers for Best Music Group on the KCA! We need your help! Thanks love you all!"

They also have information on their MySpace about how to vote saying, "You're the best fans in the world. We love you!"

JB Set to Perform Free Church Concert on 04/04/10

That's right! The JoBros are giving back to where it all began, with a free concert on Easter Sunday at Rick Warren's Saddleback Church; one that helped to launch their careers. The church is celebrating their 30th Anniversary, and Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, and Kevin Jonas wanted to be on hand, to lend a hand. They will be performing at Angel Stadium in Orange County, where the celebration will take place starting at 10:00am. A church member recently spoke with RadarOnline.com saying, "They used to perform here when they were just getting started, and of course they were fantastic..."
